Allergy & Sinus Relief The Essential Oils in this blend have been traditionally used to relieve symptoms of respiratory ailments due to allergies, particularly those affecting the lining of the nose, eyes, throat and sinus. Do not apply straight, or "neat" to skin. Diffuse, or inhale from cotton ball, aromatherapy necklace, or tissue, or mix with a carrier oil or lotion and apply to area of concern (avoid eye area), or add 6 drops to bath water. Essential Oils of: Myrtle, Niaouli, Eucalyptus radiata, Bergamot, Amni visnaga, and Tanacetum annuum. Do not use during pregnancy or while nursing.

"Mental Fog" Relief The Essential Oils in this blend have been traditionally used to relieve symptoms of mental and physical fatigue, lack of concentration and memory retention, confusion, depression, and tension and stress. Do not apply straight, or "neat" to skin. Diffuse, or inhale from cotton ball, aromatherapy necklace, or tissue, or add 6 drops to bath water. Essential Oils of: Cardamom, Black Pepper, Basil, Rosemary, and Peppermint. Do not use during pregnancy or while nursing.

Headache and Migraine Relief Synergy The Essential Oils in this blend have been traditionally used to relieve symptoms of headaches, migraine headaches, stress, motion sickness, and anxiety. Diffuse, or inhale from cotton ball, aromatherapy necklace, or tissue, or mix with a carrier oil or lotion and apply to neck and shoulder muscles and temples (avoid eye areas), or add 6 drops to bath water. Essential Oils of: Lavender extra, Rosemary, Basil, Peppermint, Marjoram, and Melissa. Do not use during pregnancy or while nursing.
